REMINDER: Be Part of Something Brand New – NextGen Navigators Interest Meeting Today!
Hey Southwest Bears,
A first-generation college student is any student whose parents or guardians have not completed a degree in the United States at the level the student is currently pursuing. This includes students whose parents may have completed a technical certificate or associate’s degree, but who are the first in their family to pursue a higher academic credential, such as a transfer-oriented associate degree.
