2023 Housing Move In Dates and Times

Soccer                                   Monday, July 31, 2023 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Percussion                          Tuesday, August 1, 2023 9:00am – 12noon

Band                                      Monday, August 7, 2023 9:00am – 12 noon

Redline                                 Monday, August 7, 2023 1:00 pm

All other students            Tuesday, August 15, 2023 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

 

All students, no matter your assigned day, will report to the residence hall you have been assigned.  This information can be seen through your Access Southwest account.  All students assigned to Pine Hall (women’s) will report to the lobby of that building. 

All student assigned to Lakeside and Stadium Halls will report to room 102 in Lakeside Hall.  For those students assigned to Alford Conerly, report to the lobby of that building.  You will receive your key and check in paperwork. 

Please return the paperwork prior to the ending time of your check in period to the lobby/office of your building. 

All rooms have refrigerator/microwave combination units, we ask that you do not bring your own.  There is a “what to bring” and “what not to bring” list on our website for your convenience.  Please feel free to contact me at 601-276-3732 or email LWOODWORTH@SMCC.EDU with any questions.
