Faculty Input

The Faculty Liaison Committee is composed of various faculty members with three defined responsibilities:

to serve in an advisory capacity to the administrative staff in an effort to maintain communications between the faculty and the administration
to recommend in-service programs for faculty development
to plan social activities involving faculty and administrative staff

To be an effective voice for YOU, the committee needs YOUR continual input. Therefore, this link offers a constant avenue for you to offer suggestions, concerns, and comments that address our three committee responsibilities. All correspondence will be sent anonymously to the Committee Chair, who is unable to trace the messages. Furthermore, all information will be kept confidential within the limits of the law.

The committee specifically solicits responses to the following items:

What practical in-service programs for faculty development would you like offered on campus? When would you like these programs offered?

What are some planned social activities involving faculty, staff, and administration that you would attend? To ensure maximum participation, when would be the best time of day and time of year for these events to be held?

How can faculty/administration communication be improved?

List any specific classroom issues or job-specific questions you need this committee to address with administration.

List any additional concerns you may have.
