We respect your need for information in an easy, timely manner, so we offer Access Southwest for scheduling classes, viewing grades, paying fees, checking financial aid, requesting transcripts, taking surveys, and other functions that will help you be successful at SMCC. Employees can check class rolls, enter grades, advise students, check payroll information, and other employee functions. Anyone may view class schedules; no ID is necessary. Our goal is to help minimize time spent with administrative requirements, thus giving you more time to enjoy the educational and exciting activities of Southwest.

Important Information for Students |
All students who have day classes, whether part-time or full-time, must register their vehicle in the Student Services Office. Each student receives one decal for vehicle registration at no charge. Second decals are $5.00. Decals must hang from the rear view mirror of the vehicle at all times. Students should have their vehicle license plate number ready when they pick up the decal for their car. Parking rules and regulations are found in the student handbook. Yellow zoned parking is for faculty, staff and visitors only. All violators will be ticketed.
Student IDs must be worn by all students while on campus. IDs must be visible and worn attached to shirts or belts or around the neck. If you did not receive an ID card during registration, please come to the Student Services Office to pick one up. Replacement IDs may be purchased for $15.00.
All students are responsible for reading the student handbook. If you do not have a handbook, you may pick one up in Student Services.
