The Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Program at Southwest Mississippi Community College (SMCC) works with the local WIN Job Center and Central MS Planning and Development District (CMPDD). The WIA Program provides an Individual Training Account (ITA) to qualifying students attending approved Career-Technical Programs at SMCC.
